If your group explores in places that is not quite legal to be in and you don’t have a permission to explore there so will we recommend that you have a lookout post so you get an early warning about incoming security or law enforcement agencies later called LEA.

Find a good spot where you can see all the traffic that are in the aria and the drive way to the place you are, so you see LEA early and whit that can warn the other in the group early so you can get out of there.

So the best thing is to make a code word for LEA /security (Not Five 0, or something like that but something that is not known for LEA /security in case they listening on your channels. It can be an ordinary name like bob or something so they don’t get suspicious and know that you have seen them.

This code word need to be something that just you in the group know and no one else and change it from time to time so it’s not easy to find out what it is.

This code word is something that all in the group need to know and make sure that they take it seriously and get out of there if they hear the code word on the radio, phone or what you use to communicate whit between the group members. Do not scream it out so they hear you all over the neighborhood.

The point is to be so stealthy as you can and get away from there whit out getting arrested or seen at all. Try to change lookout from time to time agree on a time that each lookout going to stand there before you go in to the building. This is so everyone can get a chance to look around there.

Agree also on a meeting point in case you get separated and have to run different ways, try also and have so much radio/phone silence in this time as possible in case some of the group members get arrested.

Just meet at the meeting spot and you can take a head count before you try to contact missing members on the radio/phone.

If you use radios so can it be a good idea to use a different channel that you agree on when you have your meeting. Don’t use a channel that is close to the one you normally use. And don’t change to this channel before you are in a safe place.
This is a channel is the same as the code word just known for you in the group. It is very important that no one know this channel not even if you collaborate whit some other groups.

Never revile where you are on the radio missing members have this information and don’t need it so if someone ask so is it most likely LEA /security that asking for this information.

It can be a good idea to hide a little while after you get to the meeting point in case it is compromised in any way, but this is things you need to find out on your briefing meeting before you go to explore the place. For to go on any exploring whit out any plan is not a good idea. The best is to have a plan A and B in in place before you go exploring, but this is up to you what you want to do.
